Production Management
Many events require multiple vendors working together on a project, crews of labor and special permitting. Technical Arts Group will manage all of this for our clients, giving them more time to focus on coordination, client management and design. We bring together all necessary parties under the TAG company umbrella, which ensures that everyone is on the same page before and during your production. This will help ease those last-minute changes that every production encounters.
Design
The TAG team is able to conceptualize, create, and implement immersive experiences within raw or fully designed spaces. Our designers can create lighting, sound, and video designs meant to maximize the impact of each element. TAG specializes in building sound designs for venues with limitations, such as sound overflow and noise ordinances. Our team can also create 2D and 3D models of a space, which allows our clients to see exactly what their event will look like, even months in advance.
PRE-PRODUCTION
A complex production requires many pieces being puzzled together in order to ensure a smooth and successful event. TAG understands that pre-production can make or break any event, which is why we guide our clients from the moment we get the green light all the way until the last piece of gear is packed in the truck. TAG also has two large warehouses designed to "prep" any size of event.
Technical Direction
Technical Arts Group strives to support our clients, regardless of location or circumstance. A member of the TAG team is ready to get involved with local production companies to ensure our clients' high expectations are met. TAG team members can help navigate the production process by advancing with local production companies, reviewing equipment lists, consulting on lighting plots and sound designs, and providing a single source for on-site production support. TAG is here to make sure our clients get the best result possible from unfamiliar vendors.
Logistics
Technical Arts Group is uniquely qualified to produce destination events anywhere in the world thanks to our advanced logistics system and understanding of customs regulations in different countries. TAG is able to transport our gear to remote mountain tops in the Midwest, private islands in the Caribbean, beautiful beaches in the South of France, and many other destinations. Our team has curated partnerships around the world that help TAG make event production as simple as possible for our clients.
CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS
While TAG carries a large inventory of brand new technologies made to tackle any type of event, none of it works without our team of certified technicians being there to plug it all in and modify it to better suit your event. Our large pool of technicians is one of the main reasons why TAG is able to handle massive festivals all around the country. Without a solid team of technicians there is no way to conquer your audience.
